The sky illuminates the Millennium Falcon as Han leads the princess across the landing platform to meet his old friend, Lando Calrissian. See-Threepio brings up the rear, carrying luggage. Lando, the original owner of the Millenium Falcon, is an ex-soldier of fortune who now runs the mining operations on Bespin. Because of the Empire's dependence on the mining products, Bespin is allowed to remain a free and neutral port, and this is the way the citizens would like it to remain.
