I once worked for a big agency. The manager of the computer and
electronics part was not very computer-literate... Any way, we
once introduced a new system to him, and explaining that it has
_defaults_. He turned red and shout: "No system here will have
and _faults_ !!!". It took some time to calm him down and explain
what a default value is.    :-)
True story: I've been in the room.
