Pancakes without egg 2 1/2 dl (4.2 cup) wheet flour 1/2 tsp salt 6 dl (10 cup) milk 3 tbsp soya bean flour 30 -50 gram (1-2 oz) Mix flour (both wheet and soya) and salt in a bowl. Add half of the milk and mix to a smoth batter. Add the rest of the milk. Melt the butter and add it in the batter, then you sholdn't need any extra butter then you fry them. You will use about 3/4 dl (1 1/4 cup) for one pancake. ----------------------------------------------------
